Edit: Also upon closer look it’s interesting to note how the clear graphic representation of Statue of Liberty appears to have very little editing or changes.

Except under the left eye, it appears to be given a dirty or damaged look which makes it appear bruised and pixelated, which leaves the right eye wide open, giving us some mild one eye symbolism.
