From what I understand, the CDC does not get to define what is, or is not, a vaxxine as a legal term. In fact, the CDC repeatedly since this plandemic started, has way overstepped its boundaries and started making policy - or so they have thought. But since most do not understand the purpose and scope of what the CDC is, and what its functions are, many just go along thinking they have more power than they actually do. They have no power other than what they have been allowed out of ignorance. The CDC can only make recommendations - they are not a regulatory body similar to OSHA. Therefore, a change in definition only goes as far as what is needed to make recommendations. Their definition of vaxxine, as far as I know, is not codified into law. The CDC's purpose is to monitor health in the US, which they have failed utterly with regards to the vaxxines and with regards to the entire plandemic.
I think this is an area that has not been well researched. I do not believe that the "legal" definition of the term vaxxine has been changed. If that is the case, there are a whole lot of people that are technically in violation of the law by trying to pass off a genetic therapy as a vaxxine. I don't care what the WHO or the CDC have defined the term as - it matters how the law defines it. They have been scamming everyone - including the courts - because no one has been pointing this out. If I can remember the interview where I heard this I will try to update this reply. I want to say it came from one of the lawyers working on some of the lawsuits or someone like David Martin.
