Well the top form does look funny with many items blocked out and the name misspelled but the chart below it shows highlighted in yellow that in 2008 he/she/it changed the voter status from he to she. It is curious that coincides with the election. It may be something or it may be nothing. I think he/she/it was Michael Robinson...too much loose jiggling of the privates in my opinion. I am sure they all got a big laugh about this at our expense. A DNA test could clear this up pretty quick but surprisingly that has never been done.
