The photo isn't fake. This was posted a few days ago and I did some research and it's a real photo. There's a bunch more online that are with him shirtless. He doesn't seem to mind people seeing his manly chest. He even addresses his 'lack of titties' in an interview a few years ago.

Bizarre. He has an Adam's apple, a female wife and a deep voice. All that's missing (?) is the male appendage I assume. I can't imagine he would have been pretending to be a girl his whole life unless the d_ck was missing.
