Listen to it hiss and give pedophile meows while you take away its right to vote and its powers in society. Then kill it in self defense when it inevitably attacks you. Chances of innocent people and kids being randomly maimed by this thing go up much higher but its considered the "moral" approach.

Or

Put it in jail / insane asylum and pay taxes the rest of its life to buy it cat food / kitty litter / vet visits
