Look into current day Palantir Technologies. In-Q-Tel was, I believe, a precursor to Palantir. Tried to dig on some of the principals at one point and there was a noticeable paucity of information on their backgrounds and even their photos. Look into the CEO Alex Karp - a rabid leftist, Hilldawg supporting, anti-Trumper - and, as best I can tell, Karp's co-founder, Peter Thiel is allegedly "pro-Trump". Looks more like they're playing good cop- bad cop and I wouldn't trust any of this lot as far as I can throw them.
