Sometimes an autopsy can leave more questions than answers. Personally knowing people within that wheelhouse, they are under enormous pressure to conform to the narrative - so I would not expect much in the way of definitive findings that would point to vaxxination as a cause. If there is anything there, it will be buried in the report. But most people don't read that stuff. I understand. Who wants to read the details about your loved one.
