Perhaps my immune system was good enough to fight off whatever toxins people were shedding, but another way to look at it is that I have already built up natural immunity without having been infected. My kid likely also got natural immunity from hanging out with the grandparents who were double jabbed (and I suspect my MIL got the real thing instead of saline).

Through the past 30 months, I learned that building up our own immune systems is the best thing we can do, and that's regardless whether people around us are willingly lining up for their pharmaceutical subscriptions.
