when my husband was a child, a German shepherd bit him & his dad took him to the nearest hospital, which happened to be on the reservation. they refused to treat him because he was 'white'. to this day, they will exclude us from various activities because of our color. we don't get offended, we just move on.

can't even imagine 'suing' anyone over it, and it's way more blatant than what these people experienced.
