Even if Pelosi setup the Jan 6 operation, it is unlikely she would be contacting RE directly. She would use intermediaries at the CIA/FBI for plausible deniability.

Also, reports that embedded CIA/FBI operatives were using personal devices (i.e. cellphones) for communication is suspect. Second hand source that was present in DC on Jan. 6 reported to me that all Verizon cell towers nonoperative in DC area around Trump rally and Capitol on Jan. 6. Unknown if they were being jammed or just turned off.
