Yup, what I told my daughter when she started complaining about lack of employees making it so she has to do double the work. Yes she was getting exhausted and I helped her out with things so she could focus on work and sleep for a while there. Since it all started she too has risen in ranks and just got to go to a big meeting of managers/owners last week, she was excited because they used her and her stores system of doing things that she made up for the store to make it easier to train new employees coming in. She herself only came up with it to help herself out (her exhausted self out), didnt think anyone else would see what she did and say oooh, lets use this! lol.
