No surprise there. All the more reason State Supreme Courts should not have the final say in election matters, State Legislatures should.

Edit: If I remember correctly this is something that should have been subject to a referendum to become law under the Pennsylvania constitution. But naturally the lefty State Supreme Court will say it isn’t required.
