Right. True science relentlessly questions itself, its methods, its conclusions. It constantly tries to poke holes in its own research, to replicate experiments and see if results change. Actual science never rests on its laurels: it even still considers gravity a "theory". It calls dark energy and dark matter dark because it's admitting it knows nothing about them, can't see them, can't actually quantify them.

There's no such thing as "settled science" or "scientific consensus".

Those are MARKETING terms.
