Yes. But it is unclear if they actually making things happen on those years or just revise history when they are in power. I don't believe they control time, but surely if they target a date and have 100 years to hit it, they could get close. An event that happened 600 years ago with only 1 or 2 documented sources left surely could be easily modified to occur at a different time if needed by those in power (through modification of the 2 remaining sources).
Those that control the present control the past, and those that control the past control the future (not really time travel, just information manipulation, IMO).
A clue to figuring this out is looking at the Encyclopedia Britannicas starting early 1900s and going backward. They were written for cabal operatives only so they likely have accurate dates and events, IMO. Since about 1920 much of our history has been continuously revised about every ten years. Many of these editions are now available in digital form on ebay for a reasonable price.
