Your first statement is true. But your second however, has a huge problem. Kash Patel responded to a question during an interview when he was asked about all those swamp creatures and whether Trump was going to take care of business after getting back in office. Patel worked at the Bureau so he knows how the game is played. I could tell he didn't want to say what he was getting ready to state, because it is not what we want to hear. He said that it would be very difficult to bring any of them up on charges involving the Russia Gate and Crossfire stuff because of the statute of limitations. Unless a crime continues to be ongoing, those criminals will have basically outrun the statues for many of their crimes under the Federal statutes. The interviewer asked him if they were going to get away with what they did. Patel basically said yes, that it seems that way. Unless of course, they could be found to still be engaging in criminal activity.

This has always been their MO. Pardon as many as possible and then the rest run out the statutes. That is what Bush senior did over Iran-Contra. I guess if any charges were going to be filed against Bush, they would have to be filed in FL and his son Jebb was governor at the time. So he was home free. Those bastards have basically pulled this off again and it could explain why they are all acting so brazen right now. They know that they have all gotten away with much of what they did. This is what I worry about with Durham. The clock has been running and by the time he is finished, everything he has done will simply end up being a report. Treason charges would be the only thing that could possibly be thrown at them at this point. We can only hope.

Unless..... this set up was designed to get them on new charges that are then related to the old ones. That would be an interesting twist to the story.
