He should have recused himself for knowing her and being denied. The entire system is crooked, and strict adherence to recusal if there is any relationship must be adhered to. Judges and AGs must be forced to recuse if they are acting political in anyway, i.e. Leticia James in N.Y. is a disgrace and a prime example. She should have her law license revoked and be jailed.
