Edit: I posted some literal ways that this could've happened but upon re reading the thought of all of it was so disgusting I couldn't leave it up. Dogs don't know any better and whatever sick disgusting means it was acquired through just shows how awful and wicked everyone has become. Underneath the veneer its always nasty and ugly and never a lot of "fun" the way they make it look to those on the outside. Sick sick sick

In fairness, there MIGHT be some yet unknown methods of transmission! For instance, stray dogs around San Francisco are reportedly getting addicted to meth due to consumption of human feces from meth users!
