Just something to consider:

The expansion of the IRS is occurring at the same time the FBI is publicly being discredited. When the media is joining in on the dogpile it always gives me pause.

What if.... some of these FBI sorts transfer to the IRS? The IRS is able to target and operate in ways the FBI cannot. The IRS writes their own ticket without any oversight - an FBI wet dream. Despite their flagrant violations of the Constitution, the bureau still has to operate within constitutional due process boundaries and has some oversight - if you can call it oversight. This is because the bureau, like any other law enforcement entity, involves rules of criminal procedure which is what the Constitution covers. The IRS however, is a administrative agency that has been given a wide scope of noncriminal enforcement powers that does not have to bother with those pesky protections guaranteed by the Constitution. The IRS can take everything you have without normal due process. With the IRS, one is guilty until proven innocent. Good luck with that one. Listen to Robert Barnes talk about some of the tax cases he has worked on - one of his specialties. According to Barnes, many IRS agents are complete psychopaths.

Is the IRS going to be used to make a shift in order to expand the tyranny of the administrative police state? Why jail people when you can simply confiscate their assets - or threaten to take them? Think about it. Look at how many people rolled over and took the vaxxine in order to keep their jobs. How many people are going to be silenced in order to keep what they have worked for? Their jobs, their homes, their savings, investments, etc. All of it is fair game and accessible to the IRS. Shutting down the Tea Party movement was just a preview of what they are able to do and the reach they have. They know almost everything about a person because it is on their tax returns. Every taxpayer has essentially done the footwork for them as far as investigative work and has given them probable cause for almost any action. Everyone that files a tax return is probably guilty of something according to their rules - which are a moving target.

All the other distractions taking place right now are diverting attention from this issue. The phone lines to Congress and state's attorney generals should be blowing up over this. Yes, the raid on Mar-a-Lago is egregious. But what they are getting ready to do to the average American should have even more blowback. This is not going to end well folks and it needs to be stopped now - because it will not be possible once they get a foothold and lower the boom on all political dissention. Trump said... they are really after us... he is just in the way.
