I make a pie crust recipe, basically, and the filling for cinnamon sugar ones is just a blend of flour, (brown) sugar, and cinnamon. An eggwash with a little milk is required for bottom piece before adding the flour blend. I brush the top after crimping the edges and perforating it with a fork. Bake at 375 until desired goldeness.
