Just talked to my County Elections Office. They are working the current election just held this week, but will be working the many requests they have had for the CVR after that.

She indicated this is the first year that anyone has requested the CVR Report, but has had many calls for it this week.

My County uses Hart. I found their user guide online at Idaho SoS website. In Part 20, the instructions for manual recount mentions CVR, so perhaps that is how to get to the CVR Report?

: Manual Recount Complete the following steps only after you have backed up all of the election equipment to SERVO.

1. Open the SERVO application by double-clicking the SERVO icon on the SERVO computer.
2. Enter the user ID and password.
3. Click Reports at the top menu bar.
4. Click Votes by Precinct.
5. Click the box under Event Selection.
6. Click the event that is going through a recount.
7. Click the box under Device Selection.
8. Click the type of device from which to get CVRs first.
9. Click the party from which to get CVRs (if applicable).
10. To choose CVRs from multiple precincts, hold the CTRL button down while clicking the precincts to recount.
11. Click OK.
12. Click the printer icon in the upper left corner to print this report. ...
