At that point (in my opinion) I think the question becomes: What are you achieving, besides making yourself -- frankly -- miserable? Do you consider yourself happy, or stressed and anxious?
I'm not going to find a lot of success coming here and telling anons to pump the brakes, but maybe that's what's needed here -- take a break and let someone else fight the fight for a while, while you look after yourself and your family.
