I'll add magnesium (300 mg daily) for heart muscles especially, and also fat for brain repair. The best fat comes as animal fat (grass fed preferred), butter, fish oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and olive oil. AVOID all other oils (i.e. so-called "vegetable oils" made from seeds, which all contain omega 6 - highly inflammatory).

Also take vitamin K2 (200µg) which moves calcium from blood to bones, in combination with D3 (10,000 iu). Prevents osteoporosis and atherosclerosis.

AVOID refined carbohydrates as they cause inflammation, diabetes etc. So no bread, sugar, flour etc. Carbs that contain gluten are especially inflammatory AND addictive, so hard to give up (that's a clue).

Drink cocoa every day, which contains copper. (Zinc depletes copper so it's important to replace it.)
