Very thought-provoking post, OP. This aligns with several things I have been aware of for about a year now. Between "Devolution" and MAJIC12's posts, you may just be on to something. As Patel Patriot said in "Devolution" #20, I hope to wake up one morning and find that most of the government and media people have been arrested and that it's a new day in America.

EDIT: Constructive criticism: There is one place in your narrative where, to me, the logic is a bit strained.... here:

The status of belligerent occupation ceases when the invader no longer factually governs the occupied territory.

....and

If you weaponize your 3 letter agencies against the people, you are no longer factually governing.

To me, it takes a bit of a cognitive leap between those two statements. I don't see how the DOD Manual condition exactly matches the next sentence. The weaponization of the 3-letter agencies is certainly another hostile act against the people, but how does that equate to "not factually governing"?
