This is technically just advertising false access points, but it may be possible for a corrupt judicial system to call it a jammer although that is a huge reach. That said, don't stay long. Just thought it might be a way of putting info in front of those who only check CNN for truth. This specific device is a development board, so it is a little bigger than the esp8266 chip. You could make this quite tiny if your more technically inclined. Edit : Just to clarify, this can advertise dozens or hundreds of sites, so you would be capable of displaying a message using multiple sites.
