But, I'd be in favor of an optional, go-fund-me like, mechanism that gets divided evenly. It allows us, the citizenry, to personally & directly, express our outrage & sorrow. I want it to be known, that we collectively awarded them recompense for their pain and suffering, which to a great degree was on our behalf.
