I like your thoughts here.... Doesn’t the SCOTUS hear a case in Oct about election changes made by State Attorney General or others, but not by State Legislators in the form of legislation? If this happens those state elections where Legislators didn’t vote pass election law changes could be ruled unconstitutional- then the 5 swing states that all made elections changes not voted on, would be illegal and void. Think, mail in voting, drop boxes, etc. these last minute voting changes were all unconstitutional!
