Attention is feet together forming a small V where the heels touch, arms rigid and down along the pant seam, thumb pressed against the side of the index finger, hands in the shape of a fist, eyes parallel to the ground.

This position looks like a retarded version of the position of “at ease” or “Parade Rest”. Only difference would be the hands would be in the same position but along the small of the back. I can’t tell from this image but the hand over hand placement may also be incorrect.
