I blame the JUDGES. They obviously should not have any latitude in exercising judgement. This tells me that they too are condoning these behaviors and do not understand EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL. There are no rights for the victims anymore. Is it any wonder the average citizen feels the need to take their own action? These judges are a disgrace as are the cops, who should be castrated.
