The biggest threat to young males in this country is a lack of a strong male role model. Black, white doesnt make a difference. The problems are the same. They lack discipline, work ethic, motivation from within and empathy.

I see it every day in the kids that come through my company. With no other information other than their performance at work I can tell you if they had a strong male role model or not within the first week.
