Awesome stuff. I've been trying to get data on how deep to go to get to the Primary Water. You seen any data on that? I'd like to raise funds for a drilling expedition at some point, and I'm trying to put together a project cost estimate.

Note that he also says that many local laws and bylaws prevent the drilling of wells deeper than a certain depth. This means that you have to have full legal title and all water, drilling, and mineral rights for whatever plot of land one is drilling from. Full "legal title" differs from "equity title" that is issued for most properties, even vacant land...fyi.
