Yes because I live in one (city) and it seems to grow bluer by the day. Problem is that too many conservatives flee places leaving them to rot rather than standing up against the smaller vocal ragging libs which then, in turn, allows the once smaller group to become larger and larger as they recruit the asses. Too many so-called conservatives here just "mind their own business" or bury their head in the sand rather than be involved in their community, their local schools, etc or even pay any attention to what is going on in any of them. Pure laziness and aloofness on both ends.
