We're seeing at least two versions of the idiot. He did a 60 Minutes interview and didn't stumble as much as he does when he has other meetings and stuff. They style the hair differently. The eyes are really puffy sometimes and not puffy at others. All this shows him as being very medicated or perhaps more than one person filling the role. He just looks more off than I am used to seeing him when he's not mumbling and fumbling and stumbling.
