It is only as unlikely as the democrats not stealing the gubernatorial election.

If they still have the means, then they definitely will do it, and there's literally nothing that can or will be done about it.

Democrats have figured out that, since they can't ever win outright because their policies are so hideously offensive, they don't actually need to win any more. They have learned that they can simply cheat their way to power and be fully protected every single step of the way by govt officials, law enforcement, the courts, media, and their drooling, slack-jawed lackeys in the general public.
