Paul would speak in synagogues first when he came to a new area, Berea, Philippi, Colossi etc. and some Jews accepted Yeshua as Messiah, but when the majority rejected, Paul would reach out to the Gentiles. He kept doing that until the end. A thorough read of Acts will show you the trend. New Testament Jews were not on the whole accepting and not all Jews today are rejecting.
