There is an incredible story yet to be told about how Russian patriots hid inside some of the Russian institutions (Orthodox Church) and stayed underground, maintaining their culture, even while under oppressive Soviet rule.

There is also some weird stuff about Stalin possibly playing Communist factions against each other while harboring a secret nationalist group, very much like Xi appears to be doing now. Can't wait for this sort of truth to be revealed. It is going to be fascinating.
