HILLARY ARRESTED; On that 9/11 day, I truly believe she was arrested. Look carefully at the video. See her arms that are bent and behind her back. The Secret Service Woman on her right is holding HRC's left arm. If someone is about to faint, their arms would most likely be limp at the sides. They would not appear 'strained' in a bent position behind the back. If she were collapsing we can see her head and the upper body torso did not slouch. It was the legs buckling underneath her weight due to her lack of balance and arms being restricted behind her back.
Watch video frames & focus in on the silver column at HRC's back. Arms bent backwards, we can see a lighter object just above the column at the position of HRC's crossed/handcuffed wrists/hands. That light object moves to the left, then the Secret Service moves her forward and for a split second we can see that light shiny object to the right and blurred out shape of hands just to the right of that column. I believe she's handcuffed And with all the other Secret Service around shielding the public. There is also a large black tote bag to the left on the ground. Is that HRC's tote bag? Process of elimination; whose tote bag other than HRC's would it have been? IMO it is a clear indication she was arrested.
BTW; Who took that video? Why was it important to get that certain camera angle? Was it to obscure as much as possible, but allow for just a hint of video recording to show her handcuffed? Slowly; frame-by-frame, it's confirmed she's in handcuffs.
HRC is collapsing because she cannot coordinate her 'center of balance/gravity' with arms bent and restricted behind her back.
