This specific photograph appears on https://duotechservices.com/p-8-poseidon-and-p-3-orion-hunting-submarines and shows a P-8 dropping a Mark 46 inert torpedo, not a HAAWC package. So the image is pasted in from somewhere else and does not show the actual weapon system. All the content in the supposed post is therefore bogus or copied from elsewhere. (The acronym for High-Altitude Anti-submarine warfare Weapon Capability is HAAWC.)

It is unlikely that the means used to disable the pipeline was a torpedo of any kind, because torpedoes are homing weapons that are guided to active submarine noise signatures. They have no guidance method against static targets.

If an airplane was used, it would probably have dropped depth charges. But this photo, not being of anything that actually was over the Baltic Sea recently, does not prove that an airplane was involved.
