Eventually however, every incomplete system which is made by incomplete people will fall apart when the world changes too much for it to keep up. The system must be revived and corrected with what we have learned since the last time similar events occurred, but efforts to do so are hamstrung by a few petty tyrants who are still profiting from the current system. Eventually even their profits will evaporate, and that is when we will see real change.
