Maybe they’re pull-on trousers because he has trouble dressing himself? Parkinson’s would do that. We know he has a tremor. We know he has trouble walking/abnormal gait. Idk if the pic is real but they seem odd. If they’re pull-on, they could have a false front. But it make sense that someone with dementia would eventually need something like this and dr Jill can’t always hold his plunker when he has to piss.
