The spike protein from the virus is a very small fraction of the volume of spike protein in the injections. Also, the virus spike proteins are part of the virus, not free prion-like particles invading all of the organs in a person's body... passing through the blood-brain barrier, etc.
Even worse, the mRNA programs your own cells to make even more spike proteins, above and beyond the large volume from the injections themselves.
