Correct. It was a rational decision not to get the injections - but I think he is referring to resisting all the propaganda and coercion that we had to fight against in order to make a rational choice in the first place.
Edit: for example, I had to risk getting fired when I refused to get injected (corporate mandate, following the government contractor mandate, etc.)
The vast majority just went along, doing what they were told to do... like sheeple.
