Found this interview of Tina Peters on the day of and shortly after she was subpoenaed to turn over her phone, and she confirms it was in association with the Eric Coomer v. Mike Lindell lawsuit. Interesting that she was subpoenaed to surrender her phone, but Lindell's was confiscated by warrant. He is the defendant in the case, but still...
