They did hate them for that though. It was that behavior that started Mohammed Omar and his Talib into becoming "The Taliban". No pedestal needed, but they had some righteous people in their movement at the front. Still though, I will agree pointing to only the best as representative of the whole is just as absurd as pointing at only their worst.

Stating instances of them participating in degeneracy as representative of the whole of the Taliban, and all Islam is the same standard as saying Christianity is evil and pointing to the Catholic priest degeneracy.

Americans can easily be painted as degenerates by the standard you are holding Muslims to here. That standard of judgement is defective and will always be divisive. My standard of judgement is more effective in this case. Any who will fight evil, they are brothers.

Don't misunderstand though, my thoughts on multiculturalism occupying one land are that it should not happen. There is no such thing as "multiculturalism". To be multicultural is to have a superficial NON culture. It is a weak foundation and a source of misery and perpetual identity crisis for everyone in the land.

If our culture is not Muslim then Muslims can only be guests in our land and we can only be guests in their land. (How people feel about that is irrelevant. It's just how it is.) If a guest lays claim to your land and resources as his right but rejects your land's culture, he is a subversive and a conqueror and an occupier.)
