Elon's making all these peace proposals, but the powers that be don't want peace. I do think, and many here may disagree, that Elon's plan was for Ukraine to give up a bunch of territory for a promise from Russia that they won't invade again. Perhaps there is something of real value Russia could trade for that territory? Another piece of territory? Access to resources? Something? If the border is not in the right place with regards to ethnic distribution, then let's put the border in the right place, but let it be mutually beneficial to both Ukrainians and Russians (the people, not the elites).
