I would understand etc to mean other Social media "Platforms" of which there are many...TG is a major(popular) one...

Use other platforms as a form of centralized command and control. Organize and connect [bridge through linking].

Doesn't matter where you have been...They have all our info without "compromising" a site anyway....don't fool yourself by thinking they don't...Unfortunately
