They seem to be located on on and off ramps leading into/ out of towns and in front of select warehouse building. I’m a trucker and have been taking note for quite some time of where and why these might be strategically located. Given they seem to follow the same pattern across the country I don’t believe they are faulty, it is not random in my opinion.
