The problem is, the Cease and Desist letter you provided details someone who said defamatory statements about Kari Lake. This isn't the same thing addressed in my links.

The person alleges:

• Ms. Lake took her juvenile daughter to a drag show

• Ms. Lake invited the drag queen into her home to perform a drag show

• Ms. Lake has been kicked out of bars for bing too intoxicated
