The best decode I have seen is that some portion of the Brazil rigging got switched over to Meta/Facebook servers/software backup as their [Lula's] original method had been exposed and was being monitored. Almost certainly the backup method was ALSO being monitored by the Brazilian military who has Constitutional authority to audit all Brazilian Presidential elections.
