Interestingly enough..... The 6,000,000 sq ft office building under construction in downtown Austin, which became the tallest building in Austin day before yesterday, and still has about 20 stories to go on/up, WAS 100% leased by Meta in a preconstruction contract.

Yesterday on the morning radio news, as the local station in Austin announced that it was in fact the tallest now, also mentioned very quickly and quietly, that Meta will no longer be occupying the building.

So guess what just became available in Texas? 6 million square feet of tech-ready office space.
