Last year, I lived in San Antonio but occasionally worked in Austin. When i drove to work, I drove by a car that had just been shot up. The police weren't even there yet. All day long there was drug dealing in the parking lot. And when i left, i looked over onto the median and there was some hairy dude taking a dump in the median. Pulled his pants down and squatted. This was in North Austin, which used to be a nice part of town. Disgusting.
